Nature and Continuance of Operations	Note 1: Nature and Continuance of Operations Zewar Jewellery, Inc. (the "Company") was incorporated in the state of Nevada on September 26, 2012 ("Inception") and is in the development stage. The Company intends to operate as an on-line imitation jewellery retailer. The Company's corporate headquarters are located in Margao, India and its fiscal year-end is October 31. In accordance with Accounting Standards Codification ("ASC") 915, the Company is considered to be in the development stage. Its activities to date have been limited to capital formation, organization and development of its business plan. The Company has not commenced operations.
